  1. PARIS BEACH PRO TOUR 2023

    How can I be informed of the progress of matches on the other court?

    To follow the results of the competition and to be informed of the progress of the matches, the beach volleyball world website updates the match scores in real time, click here for more information:

    Do not hesitate to follow the Instagram account of the Paris Beach Pro Tour (@ParisBeachProTour) to follow the competition in real time and enjoy exclusive images.

    Will there be the French teams?

    Of course, last year there were 3 French pairs: Bassereau Rémi/Lyneel and Krou/Gauthier-Rat for the men and Placette/Richard for the women. This year again French pairs will be present, at least 2 thanks to the wild-cards.

    The pairs will be announced at the end of August.

    How long does a match last?

    A beach volleyball match lasts on average 45 minutes. The duration of a match generally depends on the number of sets: 2 or 3.

    A match is played in 2 sets of 21 points, the tie-break (if necessary) is 15 points.

    What is the competition format?

    In the Beach Pro Tour, the 16 best men's and women's pairs in the world will compete in 2 distinct phases. Firstly, the group phases on Thursday and Friday. Each group consists of 4 teams and each team plays 3 matches. On Saturday morning, the Round of 12 will take place, where the 2nd and 3rd teams of each pool will compete to reach the Quarter Finals. These quarter finals will be played on both courts on Saturday afternoon. After a well-deserved break for the players, the semi-finals will be played on the Philippe Chatrier court during the Saturday evening night session. Finally, the finals for 3rd place and 1st place will be played on Sunday on the Philippe Chatrier court.


    In summary, the group stages are played on Thursday and Friday and the finals on Saturday and Sunday.

    Is it possible to attend for the Qualification Day ?

    Unfortunately, the access to the Roland-Garros Stadium on Wednesday 27/09 for the Qualification Day is restricted to athletes and their entourage.

  2. THE ROLAND-GARROS SITE

    Is there water on the site?

    Yes, as part of our eco-responsible approach, water fountains will be present throughout the site. Don't forget your water bottle!

    Is it possible to come with your pet?

    The only animals allowed are guide or assistance dogs only.

    What is the catering offer on site?

    More than 6 food trucks with a varied offer (burgers, croque-monsieur, waffles, poké...) are at your disposal. Concerning the drinks offer, you can enjoy the V&B stand (soft drinks and beers), caraibos (cocktails with and without alcohol) and water fountains present on the whole site.

  3. MY ORDER

    I didn’t receive my order confirmation, how can I find my order details ?

    You can find all your ticket orders in your account, in the section "My orders". Please check your spam or junk folders in your email inbox for your order confirmation. 

    I would like to modify or cancel my order, how can I do this ?

    All tickets are subject to the general terms and conditions of sale. As a sport event ticket, there is any right of Withdrawal. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All ticket orders are final.

    How can I download my invoice following my purchase ?

    You can find and download your invoice from your account in the section "My orders". 

    I can't download my e-tickets ?

    Your tickets will be available to download shortly before the start of the tournament. An email will be sent to you when they are ready to download. 
    In the meantime, you can find all your orders on your account in the section "My orders".

    What happens if the payment is rejected ?

    If your payment has failed, the order will not be confirmed. It will then be necessary to place a new order with another valid means of payment.

    What should I do if I have forgotten my password ?

    If you have forgotten the password for your account or if you have problems to access to your account, please click on "forgot password".  
    You will receive an email detailing the process for resetting your password.

    How can I change my password ?

    At any time, you can change your password from your account in the tab "My profile".

    How can I change my email address ?

    You can change your email address at any time from your account in the tab "My profile".  
     As a reminder, your email is used as a login to access your account. 

  5. OUR TICKETING OFFERS

    How can I buy tickets for a match ?

    This website (parisbeachprotour.rnksport.com) is the only official website for purchasing tickets for the Paris Beach Pro Tour 2022. 
    You can find all our ticket offers on our website. 

    How many tickets can I order ?

    You can order as many tickets as you want. Only specific offers will be subject to a restriction on the maximum number of tickets available for purchase.

    Which are the different ticket categories available ?

    In each venue, 4 categories of seats are available: 
    Category Premium Box: Box for 4 people, closest to the pitch 
    Category Box: Box seats and box seats in the side stand
    Category 1: Middle side stand seating
    Category 2: Placement in ¼ of a corner and at the back of the playing area
     

    What kind of tickets are available for purchase ?

    The single ticket allows you to attend the session of your choice.
    The Saturday pack allows you to attend the whole day on Saturday (day session & evening session + access to Welcome to the beach).
    The Weekend pack allows you to attend the day on Saturday and Sunday (Saturday day session + Saturday evening session + Sunday sessions).
    The Tournament pack allows you to attend all 72 matches of the Paris Beach Pro Tour

    What does my ticket give me access to ?

    Your ticket gives you access to the entire site, subject to its validity. Matches on the Philippe-Chatrier court, all the annex courts and all the activities offered on the site.

    Do I need special tickets to access the side courts ?

    No, your ticket gives you access to the whole site.

    Are there tickets available at a reduced price for concessions ?

    Yes, there are tickets at the child rate (available for children under 12 on the date of the event)

    I would like to attend a match with my child, does he need a ticket ?

    All children, regardless of age, must be in possession of a valid ticket to have access to the venue.

    What time do matches start ?

    Thursday, September 28 : 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
    Friday, September 29 : 10 a.m. – 10 p.m.
    Saturday 30 septembre : 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. (day session) and 7 p.m. – 11 p.m. (evening session)
    Sunday 1 October : 12:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.


    The times are indicated according to French time and are subject to possible modifications. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday the Roland-Garros stadium will remain open until 23:30, come and enjoy a festive moment with our partners.

    Do I need a ticket to access to “Welcome to the beach” ?

    “Welcome to the beach” is an entertainment period between the two Saturday sessions. You can access it with any valid Saturday ticket (day, evening, Saturday pack) and weekend ticket.

    Can I temporarily leave the site ?

    No, any exit from the site is definitive.

    Beyond 10 tickets per order, companies, associations and clubs can order tickets directly from our sales department.
